PR & Personal Media Coverage: Little Black Dress exhibition

Artists: Body-painter Sammi Lim, and Photographer Shahril Saifol of Light Show Photography Exhibition description: https://georgetownfestival.com/event/little-black-dress https://www.facebook.com/events/1742296349343985/ As one of the exhibitions for renowned arts event in Malaysia the Georgetown Festival, the Little Black Dress Project featured 10 panels with models with painted-on black dresses. The exhibition aimed to challenge art standards with the depiction of models as partially nude, as well as to promote and celebrate the empowerment of the feminine body with the diverse cast of models. As one of the featured models in the exhibition, I was fortunate enough to receive media coverage myself via the media coverage of the exhibition.

I also volunteered to help the artists with some minimal PR promotion whereby I wrote and distributed a press release to the media on their behalf.
