Description: "Let's Lunch in English" gathers together professionals including consultants and self-employed entrepreneurs for a business networking lunch, allowing French professionals based in Versailles and surrounding areas to come together and practice speaking English. The monthly lunch focuses on a professional-context discussion while providing a convivial atmosphere for the exchanging of ideas.
Along with the President of Coentreprendre78 Madame Line Dauger, I co-host the event as the resident English speaker. The monthly event is shared on Meetup and has gathered a number of regular attendees, as well as welcoming new ones at almost every session. My experience in communications particularly emceeing has proved useful to being able to animate and lead the lunch sessions so that each participant is able to contribute to the discussion productively.
